Refund Policy

At Shine Your Light Farm, LLC, we take pride in providing healthy animals and quality products. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on live animals or perishable goods.

However, we understand that rare and unforeseen issues may arise. If you believe a product was sold to you with a defect that we were unaware of at the time of sale, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or partial refund.

To be considered for an exception:

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Clear photos or a detailed description of the issue must be submitted.

  • The issue must have existed at the time of sale and not be due to handling, care, or environmental conditions after the product left our possession.

 

Please note, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Live animals once they have left our farm.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after pickup/delivery.

  • Issues resulting from transportation, environmental changes, or misuse.
